I made a decision, set my mind to it and made it all the way. I was in control of every step. I had it all planned out. Law school, the bar and then a job under one of the most prominent lawyers in Malaysia.
Everything went according to plan. And then my mind started to wander. What else is out there besides this 9-5 (more like 9 to 9)?
The only way to find out was to leave the 9-5. So I did.

For the first time, I did not have a plan. It took a while to get used to having all the time in the world to do whatever, whenever. I didn't have to wake up at 6:30am (not because of the morning traffic, I'm just really slow in the morning, and I try to squeeze in a sitcom while I get ready). Watched 3 movies in the cinema in the span of a week. I made lunch that took more than 3 hours to prepare and another hour to clean after (the kitchen always ends up like a war zone when I'm in there alone). I could read - just read.
My days were governed by whim and today I begin a journey unplanned, writing this very first blog post from one of the most beautiful places on this planet - Mo i Rana, Norway.
